Over the next couple of days things should settle down.
That is most likely the biggest part of the problem.
There looks to be other issues either at Berkeley or on the networks
that is limiting the WU data rate to about 40Mbit/s.
More diagnosing required...
Meanwhile, I'm getting a trickle of transfers.
Like you I am getting a trickle, but the results completed during the
outrage, then local network shutdown, still await uploading. Probably
like you.
I think my experience of the delay in uploading completed results, and
the Server Status showing no work awaiting validation, may indicate
another Berkeley side problem exists? :-((
