I have just given up on Seti. It is constantly locking up my computer I
was unable to  download a new WU for the last 3 days.
I will follow this newsgroup and when Boinc works out all its bugs I
might reconsider.
While I'm on this "Rant" let me ask, why the old Seti was discontinued.
It gave one a sense of competition ( basic human nature I think) With
every WU I watched my stats. I was at 96.165%; a long way from the
leaders but not bad for Starting Dec. 2000 with a small computer then
upgrading to 1/2 gig and finally 2 gig. Now you just get some, at least
to me, meaningless numbers.
Boinc is a Bureaucratic yaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn!
