The boinc is designed to let the clients crunch indipendend, if the
project servers are not available.
You have got to set the WU cache in the preferences, on the webpage,
higher. For example to 5 days. So your computer will get WUs for 5 days,
and you don't need to connect to the project (for example seti) within
this 5 days.
