Nope. I checked the task manager, and looked at all running processes.

Then it might be easier if you post what is running and we help you
decide what is needed and what is not, as best we can.
I think first I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling both SETI
and SETIGate.
I tried just having SETI running when the screensaver kicked in, but when
the screensaver kicked in, a new window for SETI opened up, which made
the computer think that it was in use, so it shut off SETI.
I left it for a couple of hours and came back to find 22 copies of SETI
all trying to run at once.
Clearly, something is corrupted.
If this doesn't work, I'll get back to you for more good ideas.
