Everyone who's run a BOINC project has got a similar message in the past.

I just re-installed my pc, loaded BOINC + SETI & got the error message.
I have a 3.0 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM & the earliest deadline is 26 Sep 05.

How am I Over committed?

I just got the same error last week. I wonder if it is because of
their problems.
I just ignored it. So far so good.
