Everyone who's run a BOINC project has got a similar message in the past.

I just re-installed my pc, loaded BOINC + SETI & got the error message.
I have a 3.0 GHz processor, 1 GB RAM & the earliest deadline is 26 Sep 05.

How am I Over committed?

Not much info in post, what boinc version etc., apparently using windows.

or do a keyword search at S@H or E@H on the word overcommitted.  Apparently
a small bug in some versions of boinc that works itself out if you leave it
alone or upgrade to the latest version.
