Look at the thrid party site (boinc.berkeley.edu/download_other.php), 
there is a boinc client and seti app for Tru64 available.

In the moment the most platforms are avialable for download on the third 
party site. The missing ports are AIX, SCO, OpenBSD, NetBSD, OS/2 and VMS 
in the moment. But the are in in work.
