Looking in from the UK, I find I am unable to raise any of the S@H
(Berkeley) web pages. Is this a common experience for others? 

Also, I see my PCs (hosts under SETI-BOINC) seem unable to collect new
WUs. Is there something up at Berkeley that anyone knows? 

I see the Cogent link seems to be working as expected, but I still
cannot get through :-((
