New recommended 5.2.x Boinc core client available for most systems.
You may want to set up a password first.

I'd use it, if someone could tell me how to ge it going. My attempts
so far fall over when it tries to communicate and wants me to give
it a poxy or a sock, neither of which I have, on the rare occasion
it gets further it seems to want a server @ sah. It has a nasty
habit too of leaving its mark so that when 4.19 tries to start it
(4.19) finds a conflict and resets the project.
There's a few threads about that in the forums...
Also, I think 4.19 is old enough that you must uninstall it first
before attempting to install a new version.
Good luck,
Martin
Don't think I'm going to do that, it is the only one I can get to run at the
moment.
Did have 4.45 going on another m/c but that lacks some of the features of 4.19
that I like. Was/am hoping 5.2 puts them back up.
Currently I don't think 5.2.? is clean/stable enough that I want to try it any
more.

If at first you don't succeed,
maybe skydiving's not for you!
