Well, obviously it was not of any importance for you. Its also called security. I'm sure you'd scream if someone "stole" your credits.


Meanwhile, all this is futile!

Your seticlassic credits are still there and listed against your name, for however long Berkeley continue to exist.

The Boinc system is new and comes with a new credits system.

Crunch onwards, anew.

And you can still bask in a rosy glow knowing for yourself how much you have contributed.


(Or are you just some egocentric stamp collector?)


Sorry, but my strong opinion is that Berkeley should concentrate on getting the science done. Credits are "a bit of fun" and not worth wasting any time over for a user's forgetfulness and ego.
