Likely you'll suffer an horrendous wavelength miss-match and it will get
very hot. You might even fry parts of yourself if you are anywhere near.
RF burns are VERY PAINFUL.
Just as those things can cook your goose, they can also cook you.
There's high voltages there also.
In short (ok, bad pun), this is not for careless or carefree messing about.

As already mentioned on the other posts.
However, you need to look at this a lot more carefully to get any chance
of being heard outside your own back yard.
Now, if you can rent some time with the multi-Tera Watt erp planetary
radar pulses from Arecibo, then perhaps...
