Hello !

That snet.net address is no longer valid, I have switched ISPs. Again
Your other one bounces, and so I used the other, I found in the headers.

Can you please email me some brief informations of your used TRU64
releases and some informations about the patchlevels. I collect it for the
documentations.

thanks for your work, it is appreciated. Will you be compiling new
versions of the Boinc client as they come out. The one I'm running is
v4.32 and I think v5 is out now.
Well, the Version 5 is realy new and have some good features. Version 5
also require some additional libs (curl, openssl, libz, libiconv). It is a
lot of work needed, to compile all on TRU64.
I will wait some time, if Version 5 is realy stable, and then to release
my different ports to Version 5.
But there is no urgened update need, because Version 4 is and will be
supported a long time by seti.

Lars

Lars,

Here's something you may want to look into the next time you compile/link
the client. There's a code optimization utility called 'spike'. Look at
the manpage for more details. I tried to use it on the current image but
got an error:

No relocations in the image.
