I chanced upon that last night.
If you look on the SETI@Home "classic" page you'll see:
"On December 15, 2005, after 6 years of operation, this project will
shut down.
When I look on the SETI@Home "classic" page, I see no such thing.
Surely it would be cleverer and more courteous to post that information
somewhere where its likely to be visible to Classic users.
