(for the SetiGate spocks out there...)
When converting over to the Boinc version, do I need a new version of
SetiGate?
Never used SetiGate as I went down the SetiQueue route... However, the
s@h-classic SetiGate will not be compatible with Boinc.
Boinc already includes a cache and manager as part of the Boinc system.
You then as a second step "attach" a project such as s@h to then get and
process WUs.
There's already lots of 3rd party add-ons to show different views of
stats and what's happening in whatever detail.
Welcome to Boinc,
Happy crunchin',

When you are SETI-BOINC crunching, there are a number of URL you can
point to for your daily stats. This can replace SETI Classic add ons
like SETIQueue/Driver/Spy and others.
Your stats are very detailed, and include the individual and team. All
the ones I use are updated once per day. My favourite is -
http://www.teamocuk.com/sprojectpart.php?s=ef1d484b657d1698750432ed4d501
446&p=SAH&o=td
As you can see, this URL copes with the stats of the alternative BOINC
projects as well.
