(for the SetiGate spocks out there...)

When converting over to the Boinc version, do I need a new version of
SetiGate?
There is no external caching of units in Boinc right now. All usints
are cached on each machine and must not be transferred between them.
This is a security feature that has been discussed endlessly but
Berkeley has not budged. They say that a way to cache units centrally
is "coming", but so is the end of the world. It is a low priority
right now, what with the closure of Classic.
