Simply that your credit award is pending (judgement). When your credit
is calculated and awarded, then it will be no longer pending.
simple questions is something that does not need a great explanation but with answers thing are never simnple.
Simple questions are often the best ;-)
Boinc-s@h credit ("Cobblestones") are calculated from at least three
results for a quorum of up to four results. The pending status just
means that the minimum 3 results haven't been returned yet. You must
wait for others' slower machines or their larger caches to clear.
