Thats strange. I've got SETI, Rosetta, Climate Prediction and Predictor all 
set at 100 so they've all got an equal 25% share.
I'll have to keep an eye on that and make sure it starts switching again.

Just checked my BOINC machine; it's switching between SETI work and 
Climate Prediction, but I do have two completed work units waiting to 
upload. Running BOINC 5.2.7, and configured so it spends 66% of it's time 
on CP, and 33% on SETI.
