I BELIEVE that if you choose 100% for any one project you are then
operating out of 1000. You probably should change the % to 25% for
each if that is what you want.

Just checked my BOINC machine; it's switching between SETI work and
Climate Prediction, but I do have two completed work units waiting to
upload. Running BOINC 5.2.7, and configured so it spends 66% of it's time
on CP, and 33% on SETI.
