so if this is the case why do i have 28 units waiting to upload? I haven't
been able to get any up or down all week.
Because Berkeley's servers are having "issues" right now. They are
working on them and hopefully will have it fixed "soon".
I KNOW it will be fixed ASAP!!!

Yes, they have a lot on their plates at the moment. I've told my main
SETI Queue system to stop taking work units, and should have all queues
emptied in three days. While that's a trivial reduction in load, every
little bit will help. I have more than enough results queued (77) to
pass 80,000 (need 12), and am confident I can get them uploaded this
weekend. Then, my electric bill will take a dive while I rebuild the
network...

One thing that Berkeley could do to reduce load is turn off the shutdown
warning message going out to Classic clients. I think everyone who cares
has noticed, and the duplicate results errors started about the time the
shutdown warnings were turned on. May be an interaction there.
