Regarding making the change in my Account (on the website): I have BOINC
running on several machines now. I use the same account for all of them.
Only one is Hyperthread capable.  I have not set up the different computers

Yes his advice still stands.

I have a dual Xeon with HT on each CPU (OS and BOINC Manager sees 4
processors). I upped my CPU use in my preferences to 4. This means the
Xeon system used all CPUs (real and virtual) . All other PCs run as
normal (1 or 2 CPUs).
