Did you try attaching to a different project? I know it is not what
you want to do but it will at least confirm that the program works and
it is Berkeley where the problem lies.
Unfortunately to do that you have to ceate an account on each project
you wish to try. I like/liked Einstein, it is a search about Black
Holes, there is one about Climate Prediction, but some of their
workunits can take a VERY long time to crunch, there are several
others. You can find them listed here:

Pick one, sign up for it and do it until Berkley gets there act back
together. NO, Berkeley is not involved with the other projects like
they are with Seti. Climate Prediction, for instance, is run from
Switzerland.
