I'm sure you are setup fine.  SETI has been down for almost a week now, as
they were swamped by people coming from Classic to Boinc.  None of my WU
results have uploaded for almost a week and I've only downloaded just a few
WU.  I stopped running BOINC on my PC's yesterday and don't plan running it
again until SETI is back up.

Its going to be a couple weeks before SETI is really up and running again.
Probably at least a month until everything is back to smooth.
