For the past week it's taken three iterations of SETI Driver to upload
results; one to upload, a second to do apparently nothing, and a third
to decrement the "ready to transmit" counter.

Today I'm in the middle of uploading 20 WUs. Every other upload
attempt gets the "can't connect to server" message so there's lots of
manual intervention.

I just noticed that "ready to transmit" is still at 20 (see above),
and that I have uploaded  54 WUs so far in this session!!
