Having problems connecting to www.yahoo.com can indicate you've got
some problems with your internet-connection, but there's likely many
new sign-ups to SETI@Home/BOINC to-day so it's possible their
scheduling-server is difficult to connect to...
You still needs to configure proxy-setup, but if you copy the file
account_setiathome.berkeley.edu

the proxy settings are ok now, but our clients are restricted and
cannot dl exe files (and other stuff) and this will stop 98% of our
clients from crunching, i am afraid.
i made my personal goal on classic (the 6 digits of our final result
is my birthday :-)) on wednesday and i stopped setiqueue (a few 100
units more to send).
maybe i find a way to solve this problems.... i will see.
