Then there's no need to fiddle around with the window states too. Leave
it to NORMAL.

I wasn't able to get Boinc to miminize itself with Boinc's "/s" argument
alone. (I did try that first.)
It wasn't until adding "start /m" to the shortcut command line, did it
function properly.
*shrug* No idea why. Figured it might have something to do with there
being two Boinc programs that actually run ("server" and "client")? All I
know is that it was the only thing that worked for me.
