Search on their respective websites for their preferred contacts.

Making a polite enquiry usually works best. Also do your homework first. For any proposal, make very specific references. Quoting a fistful of websites is useless. Back up your claims and proposals with direct arguments as to why it will help Mankind.


If it is of some nebulous form of understanding that it might be the case as is well know to all those practised in the art that ipso facto this Must Be The Way To Do It: Go direct to the junk bin.

Clear direct short statements of fact work best. No assumptions.
