I have already faxed the DC contact number, but I suspect that fax number is a black hole for most good ideas...
If I were related to some US Senator that had control over some of NASA's budget -- yes, my idea may be paid attention to.

    Are you suggesting this good idea is that NASA get more funding to make it all available in real time on the web? Other than the hold time for researchers to get first look at the material I would be very surprised if that has not been in the budget every year for the last 15.
