You're talking as though each and every scientist is an island onto
him/her self, with no staff of minions whatsoever.

If that be the case, then where's all the hundreds of millions of
dollars going?

Of course, I have no staff of minions, so I just take a few seconds out
of a given day to toss out all the junk mail and fax related junk
that's usually better than 90% worth. It's the email junk that takes
time because of all the ongoing spyware, malware and fuckware that's
nearly as bad off as all of the interactive graphical crapolla, that
which 99.9% of the time means absolutely nothing to anyone, but it
usually slows the email clearing process down to a dead crawl.

The person I was replying to thinks "they have a better idea" and NASA
should stop what they are doing and listen to it. I was explaining why
that will not happen.
Spoken like a real insider. Thus why don't you kindly review the data
and take it and/or at least take the best parts to the next level?

In the past as well as right now, you've generally claimed to know all
there is to know, thus no one's better qualified than yourself.

How about getting his ideas front page published, such as in NATURE or
within something else that NASA types might by accident or via some
other odd happenstance of dumb luck manage to read?
