Hello Brad,
Thanks for some clear typing.

Most indeed do have no staff whatsoever. Admin chores get squeezed in
while experiments are running. Or if that is not possible, the science
comes to a stop while the outside world is 'humoured'.

Yes, that lot is rather annoying and time wasting. Amazing that nothing
more effective is done to stop it at source. All that junk pollution
costs the world greatly in lost and wasted time, and frustration!

How about getting his ideas front page published, such as in NATURE or

or Science or IEEE proceedings or some other such high profile journal.
Excellent idea.
Those journals are very heavily peer reviewed to keep all the "dumb
fuck" spam crap out so that those journals remain interesting and useful.
Our "Max Power" friend must go through the peer review process to show
that his ideas have substance and are "usefully interesting". The first
step to try that would be an invitation from him/her on here for his/her
detailed proposals to be considered.
I'm very soft and tame and kindly compared to the ruthless thoroughness
of the reviewers for those big journals.
Regards,
Martin
