This appeared to happen about three quarters of an hour ago.
Cannot see any reason for the loss of connection.
Nought but a very short blip. Already back to normal after a fast recovery.
Welll... It came back up around and accepted a few uploads around 3:05
EST (2005Z), but no downloads. Downloads originally failed around noon
(1700Z). At 4:30 it's failing to resolve the host name for downloads.
Time will tell next time it tries to upload.
At 7:40 (0040Z)it's still uploading, but the lownload server is still
failing to resolve.

Likely Matt L was doing some shuffling around and all too quickly for
the status page update script to catch the changes.
