The protocol that will be used has been LONG established. It IS under
constant review, so any copy you might find is probably long outdated.
There is MUCH discussion and Bjorn is right, the sender may indeed be
long dead, then again they might not be. When a signal is recieved
there is no way of knowing when it was sent. It could come from a
passing spaceship so be almost upto the minute. OR it could come from
a long dead civilisation.
To guess what kind of message we get, the prime number theory is very
widespread but by no means the only one, is probably not going to be
dependant on our response.
