Actually it has nothing to do with Zone Alarm. It has to do with
Windows and the easy answer is to shut it down and then restart it.
This usually fixes it just fine. The problem is the boot up process
that MS has tried to make faster so you and I don't have to wait so
long to use our computers. The boot up process starts an item on its
list andthen immediately goes onto the next thing. That causes
problems when the next program depends on something above it that has
not finished loading yet. Boinc in this case is affected.
