create a new subject, jumping in on an old one with a totally
different subject is called "hijacking"! It is SEVERLY frowned upon.

Now and then, Boinc Manager hangs up and can't connect to Local Host.
I am assuming this has to do with Zone Alarm. It is random and I can
see where the problem is. Any help or point to start looking would be
helpful.
