What don't you like about Boinc other than that it is "new" and has more

The only reason I stopped running SETI@home was (and still is) the fact that
the name sounds like a euphemism for a sexual act.
I won't run any software called b0ink, b0nk, w@nk, sh1te, t055, fu(k, or any
of a number of other rude and/or offensive names I could think of.
A stupid name is a stupid name. A US project that is so narrow minded that
it forgets that there is a whole wide world out here that does not
necessarily speak exactly the same language does not deserve any support
outside of it's own narrow minded country. Full stop. Case closed as far as
I am concerned.
For example, I once saw a TV advert for a frozen fish product from one of
the Scandinavian countries (though I forget which one), which had been
cleaned and prepared for cooking before being packaged and frozen, and would
probably have been a very good product, except for the fact that they
marketed it under the name of "Cod Pieces". I kid you not.
For those that do not understand this example, a quick google will help:
http://www.google.com/search?q=cod+pieces
