Yeah, a few of my programs do that.  If I hold the ctrl key down
while I close the BOINC manager window, then it saves the size
of the window correctly, but not where on the desktop it last was.
Although if I keep the window in the upper left somewhat, then when
I reopen BOINC manager, then it is close to the original spot.  But
if I want it to always open full screen, then I can do that if I hold the ctrl key down while I close the BOINC manager window and right click close on the B icon by the clock.
