2. cruncher can ask but you don't have to follow. it is not illegal to
use his versions and i will use them until berkeley won't send new
work on this.

There is QUITE the discussion regarding this, seems Crunch3r used a
program to tweak the Berkeley software. According to some if he then
deletes that program we can no longer use his products. Got to do with
Copyright and how WE don't own, the program he used, it but only use
the product of his work. Therefore when he deletes the "master" we
must delete any product of that "master". I AM NOT qualified to speak
on this, but understand that as I am not a lawyer I can only go on
what I think the law should be, not what the law actually says.
Seems to me, the layman, that if you have a product you can do with it
as you like, but apparently that is NOT true! ESPECIALLY when it comes
to software.
