I had a local broadband problem to the rural exchange from about 10.00
pm (UTC+1) last night, which is now resolved.
When logging in to the SETI web site I see that I cannot, and checking
up on the Cogent link -
http://www.net.berkeley.edu/newcricket/cricket/inr-668.html
- seems to indicate they have a major problem, which has been on going
since about 4.00 pm (UTC time).
Anyone know what is happening?

From my posting of 2:11 PM yesterday:
July 6, 2006
Power for the entire Space Sciences Laboratory will be off overnight to
diagnose electrical problems in a nearby facility. We will start bringing
our systems down tonight at 16:00 PDT (23:00 UTC) and back up around 09:00
PDT tomorrow morning (16:00 UTC). Web sites, data servers, etc. will all be
offline during this time.
