I had a local broadband problem to the rural exchange from about 10.00

When logging in to the SETI web site I see that I cannot, and checking
up on the Cogent link -

since about 4.00 pm (UTC time).

Anyone know what is happening?
There was a message posted in here yesterday and on the main Seti web
site saying that they would be down for electrical reasons. The
University is doing something with the electrical wiring again. They
are scheduled to be back up after 9am PST. Then of course there will
be a LONG period where there will be trouble logging on because we
will ALLLLL be trying to get thru.
