I believe you will find this is only a temporary setting. It should
only last as long as the current unit is processing and then when the
next unit starts it should use all the cpus available again.
I'm far from Windows-savvy, but that's what I gather from postings I've
seen in various project forums: for each new WU, BOINC launches a fresh
process, which doesn't 'inherit' affinity settings from the previous
instance of the app.
