Well. It could be an alien spacecraft. I do not know for sure. It is from a 
video camera and copied to a file on the PC.
Some flaws in the playback mechanism on the video camera (pixel errors - 2 
large ones and a small ones), but the recording
mechanism should be OK.

I just see the scientific aspect, but I know there are skeptics out there as 
well.
