Yes it is.

The Technical News on the S@H web site gave a problem with a Master
Science Database during a transfer to the new Sun donated servers. They
tried to recover things on Friday, but did not succeed. The stated it
was unlikely things would be sorted over the week end. So, I expect
things to be up and running very early Tuesday morning (@ 00.00 to 01.00
UTC).

I am crunching my last 2 WUs, and will be out early tomorrow morning. My
cache was 2.5 days. I will be raising this to 3.5 days.
