I'm running seti on a laptop and desktop and was wondering why the
laptop gets 15 wu while the desktop is only getting two wu.

We need more details: are you running any other projects? What are the
time stats and DCFs for the two hosts? Both on the same website
preferences, or using a local override?

Actually, we need to know the CPU/memory specs on the two systems
and what percentage of utilization is configured.

I'm sure any P4-based laptop will run circles around any of the
200MHz Pentium Classic doorstops I have sitting around; is the OPs
hardware similarly disparate in capabilities?
