You are making an assumption that they are doing full Golden California

Girls body colonization or body-
      snatching.
      They may have sent DNA into California Girls body with their knowledge
or without and simply dispersed it.
      Anything more complex than that surely would almost certainly need
'full-body' colonization
      However, their body's are now colonized and could expect as a result
of alleged colonization a complex  lifeforms.
That I find plausible, and would also explain why California Golden Girls
obtained  life so rapidly.
