It appears to have been necessary to shut down BOINC and start it up again using "Run As". Otherwise
it said there was zero space available and wouldn't download any work.

At this point it wanted me to attach to the project all over again and it finally started
downloading and processing work. I suspect that I'm now going to have to use "Run As" every time I
restart the computer. Is this some new "security thing" with Boinc 6.4.7?
