Something happened this afternoon (Saturday) and the "log jam" mostly cleared out. The "Result
turnaround time (last hour average)" is down to 56.99 hours. For those systems not clogged with
uploads (mine is), it is again possible to obtain work (mine won't). At least there is enough work
in the queue that it doesn't matter.
