Something happened this afternoon (Saturday) and the "log jam" mostly
cleared out. The "Result turnaround time (last hour average)" is down to
56.99 hours. For those systems not clogged with uploads (mine is), it is
again possible to obtain work (mine won't). At least there is enough
work in the queue that it doesn't matter. 

Mine is running better. Was able to get tasks today.

I've got my "connect about every" and "additional work buffer"
both maxed out to 10 days on each machine. The hope is, I can
keep a LOT of work in the queue. I never do get a full 20 days
work.
