Any suggestions?

This afternoon (Sunday), the upload log jam cleared. No further testing of this issue is currently
possible. Before that happened, I added some test parameters to verify that the file is, in fact,
being read and acted upun. Specifically, I added file transfer debug, changed the maximum transfers
per project to 3, and changed the GUI to basic only. The config file is DEFINITELY being read and
acted upon. It would appear that possibly the guru's in Boincville have neutered it by making it
ignore the max transfers parameter. It only started downloading again when the uploads finally
cleared. I guess maybe I'll have to go on the "forum" and ask someone.

I don't know if you've already read this or not:

"My BOINC has completed all its tasks, has 5 tasks waiting to upload, all with report deadlines of 8/10 or later, yet it still isn't requesting new tasks. The last time it requested tasks was days ago. I don't have NNT set and I'm running 6.6.20...any ideas?"

That'll be your "Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7300"?

BOINC won't fetch work (as has been explained here several times during the upload troubles) if you have more tasks waiting to upload than twice the number of CPU cores available. 5 > 2 * 2, so you're caught.

As soon as you upload 1 more task (or possibly two - opinions vary), it'll fetch work again. Get in quickly before the maintenance outage in ~3 hours!
