Here is a simple 4-step method to easily find Martian fossils:

Step 1: Carve grooves on the surface of a meteorite. Alternatively,
the following ebay store sells sculptured meteorites:

Step 2: Put the meteorite under a digital microscope, or a
stereomicroscope or a magnifier of over 60X. The following ebay store
sells low-priced digital microscopes:

Step 3: Focus the microscope on the grooves on the surface of the
meteorite and look for thread-like objects protruding from the grooves
or lying in the grooves.

Step 4: Take pictures of the thread-like objects at over 200X. Those
thread-like objects are extraterrestrial fossils of animal blood
vessels. So, ascertain the fossils by comparing them with the
following micrographs (note 1) showing ET blood vessel remains;

Now you can try to sell ET animal fossils, but you have to first find
a geologist who is unable to truly identify the minute objects in your
pictures.

Note 1: My following micrographs show fossilized ET blood vessels at
different magnifications:
1.60X blood vessel remains
