No mineral fibers, geologic cracks or bioturbation burrows resemble
those blood vessel remains, as the latter show the following
characteristics:
1.They contained round particles of less than 10 microns across;
2.They taper, branch, curve and form networks;
Numerous cracks/burrows do not occur in such small areas inside the
