Why they're not minerals or fracture fills.

Reason: they branched, tapered, curved, and contained rounded
particles on the micron level. Mineral fibers, teased or non-teased,
rarely branch, taper, curve and contain rounded particles on the
micron level.Never so dramatically as marked in this photo

Since they are not minerals, they are not fracture fills. They are not
foreign to the meteorite, as branching material rarely fits and fills
the branching depressions.
